Every recreational diver should take this course, challenging yes…but yet, most rewarding. This course will prepare you to prevent problems & if necessary, manage dive emergencies. Every diver that takes this course will tell you, it’s been the best, most engaging course they have participated in. Let’s be the best diver we can be. We will cover: Emergency management & equipment, Self rescue & diver stress, Panicked diver response, In-water rescue breathing, & Dive accident scenarios. PRE-REQUISITES: PADI (or equivalent) Advanced Certification (be over 15 yrs. of age) + PADI Emergency First Response Certified (or equivalent & valid within 24 months) + PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Course. All of these courses are offered through the shop on a regular basis. COURSE FEE: $219 + PADI Rescue Diver eLearning @ $232 INCLUDES: Accident Management work slate & pocket mask. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: All personal dive gear, Knife or cutting tool, primary dive light, SMB/ reel, underwater compass & dive computer.
